Agency Comments: Josh, grants workshop Feb 21st, Sylvan Oaks Library. March 6th
Slam the Scam Workshop, more info coming.

Approval of the prior minutes: Troy motioned to approve minute with date correction, Liliette
2nd, Motion passes.

Treasurer’s Report: Dan motioned to approve expenses for $33.52 to reimburse Tonia for clerical
expenses, Troy 2nd. Motions passes. Liliette motioned to accept the treasurer report as presented,
Wendy 2nd, motion passes.

Old Business

February Mixer update- Shindig Spot, 6:30 pm, Feb, 20th.

Budget- Dan motioned to approve the yearly budget report Troy 2nd, motion carries.

Rio Linda Online Advertisement- See if John is willing to promote individual events for $25
each.

Food Truck Monday- Revisit in March, Target to launch is May.

TOT Grant- Hoping to submit the grant by Wednesday, applying for 14,333.60.

Insurance- Savings of almost $1300 to move to Shindig spot.

Meeting Location- moving meeting to The Shindig Spot, for the same price as Depot rental.
New Business

Teen Council- Forrest Johnson approached Tonia for Teen Council. The Chamber can be the
fiscal sponsor and disperse funds to the council.

Business License- Notice of Violation from Sac County for expired business license, address
is not valid for license because its a PO Box, Tonia is in communication.

Directors’ comments:

  • Golden Rays has big projects in the pipeline.
  • Liliette-Pittador signed a lease for a storefront in Old Sac. Tonia- Saturday at
  • Higher Ground celebration of life for Jane Royer at 1pm. Invite people to Business
  • Watch. Dan- Grange is having a plant sale in the first week of April. Capital
  • Quarter Midget starts this Saturday.

Public comments:

Jessica- Tummy’s offering Valentines Day grams, free delivery
in Rio Linda and Elverta. $25 each. Charcuterie Class this coming Sunday
5pm-7pm.

Sheena- CPAC, AMPM coming up for vote.

Meg-adding more retail items. Escape Sacramento has an ice cream shop themed escape room, sponsored by Meg’s Creamery.
